Evergreen Distylium
Plum new foliage. Tight branching. Sun loving.
A lush, dark blue-green variety with mounding, cascading, layered branching for borders or mass plantings. Very heat and drought-tolerant. Small maroon-red flowers bloom from late January through March. Evergreen replacement for hollies, laurels, junipers, and ligustrum.

Plant distylium on a gentle slope instead of low-growing juniper for a long-lasting, trouble-free flow of evergreen foliage in the garden all year long. Pair with shrubs in complementary colors, Ech® Peachy Keen Azalea, Baby Lace® Hydrangea, and Frostberry Delight® Rabbiteye Blueberry. Include a variety of summer-blooming annuals & perennials for additional color in the landscape.
